“Personal Information” When making a booking to use our service, no information is collected by our website. Any information provided to us by you when making a booking of our service is retained in an internal system.

To provide a taxi as specified by you between the collection point and the destination.
We have no automatic deletion period for Personal Information to include your name and contact number, and the last 4 digits of your payment card. If you wish us to delete your Personal Information then please let us know.

Non-Personal information is used to help us monitor and improve our service, for example by showing how many people are visiting our website and which pages are most or least popular. Individual user patterns are not monitored.
