Atom Cabs operates across Somerset and Dorset, including
Yeovil, Sherborne, Dorchester, Martock, Milborne Port, Yetminster, Longburton,
Ilchester, West Coker, Montacute, Stoke sub Hamdon and East Stoke, plus surrounding
villages.
You can book in three ways: Use the Atom Cabs mobile app, call
us directly on 01935 677 007, or submit your journey
details through our website booking form for advance bookings.
Our core hours are 7am to 11pm daily. Early-morning or
late-night journeys (including airport runs) are available with pre-booking.
Yes. We provide pre-booked airport transfers to Heathrow,
Gatwick, Bristol, Southampton, Luton and Exeter airports, with flight tracking, a named
driver, live tracking on the day and no charge for the first hour of waiting after
landing.
All fares are fixed and agreed at the time of booking. Unlike
ride-hailing apps, our prices do not rise with demand, time of day or weather — the only
listed exception is a £35 surcharge per leg on bank holidays, and double rates on
Christmas Day
Yes. Our WAV taxis have ramps and secure wheelchair fastenings
for passengers with limited mobility. Because fewer WAVs are available than standard
cars, we recommend booking these in advance.
Yes. When booking, simply mention any specific requirements —
child seats, extra luggage space, wheelchair access or additional assistance getting in
and out of the vehicle — and we'll match you with a suitable car and driver
Yes. We offer daily school run bookings with fixed fares, and
wherever possible assign the same trusted driver for regular journeys so children and
parents build familiarity and trust.
Yes. All drivers are licensed, security-checked and trained,
with Enhanced DBS checks, giving extra reassurance for elderly passengers, children and
solo travellers.
Call us immediately — don't wait more than five minutes past
the expected time. Every pre-booked airport transfer includes a digital confirmation, a
named assigned driver and live tracking, so you always know who is coming and where they
are.
Yes. Our referral programme gives you a 20% discount on your
ride when you refer someone new to Atom Cabs.
We don't charge for the first hour of waiting after your
scheduled airport collection time. After that, waiting is charged at £25/hour pro-rata.
For non-airport journeys, waiting is charged at £25/hour pro-rata from the scheduled
pick-up time
Any car park fees incurred are payable by the customer in
addition to the taxi fare.
